In case of cancellation of the reservation:
Starting at the day the Hotel confirm the reservation, devolution apply if:

- the customer cancel the reservation in the 15 day, a total refound apply
- the customer cancel the reservation between 15 and 26 day, a 75% refound apply
- the customer cancel the reservation between 27 and 35 days, a 50% of refound apply.
- the customer cancel the reservation after 35 days NO refound apply.
